Imacor AB was founded in order to meet the markets increased demand for unbiased evaluation of medical images for medical and scientific purposes. ImaCor AB provides core lab services to clients such as public and private organisations engaging in medical or scientific activities.
ImaCor AB, located in Lund, Sweden, serves as a CMR Core laboratory in different clinical multi-center trials since 2010. These trials are centered on quantitative assessment of the effect of new therapies in acute myocardial infarction. The services that have been performed by ImaCor AB include site training, reviewing of CMR data for quality control and quantification of the CMR outcome variables (infarct size, myocardium at risk, myocardial salvage, myocardial salvage index, microvascular obstruction and left ventricular function).
